Bikini laser Hair removal for permanent pubic hair removal

With more and more people looking to escape the hassles of using shaving and waxing for pubic hair removal, there has been an increased demand for bikini laser hair removal in the recent years.

The result of bikini laser hair removal is not actually permanent; however it does effectively remove about 90% of pubic hair. However as the results of this hair removal options lasts for many years in most cases, it is considered the next best option to permanent hair removal.

Bikini laser hair removal process

Basically, the process is similar to laser treatment done on the back, leg and face. However as the region is a sensitive one, laser technicians do take extra care to ensure the process is carried out both carefully and precisely.

Sometimes, there may be some pain from the laser, which is minimal and brief like a rubber band snap. Like most laser treatments, there will be some redness and bruising in the region where hair is removed that subsides after a few days of the treatment. On an average, you may have to undergo 3-4 sessions of bikini laser hair removal that lasts an hour each for best results.

Cost of bikini laser hair removal

The cost of the procedure depends on the region you live, the clinic you choose and the number of sessions required for removing pubic hair. At an average, it could cost you about $350-$300 per session, and if it is a Brazilian bikini treatment you are looking for, it could cost you $400-$500. This is because Brazilian laser procedure is more time consuming with total removal of pubic hair and not only the removal of stray hair on the bikini line.

Other options for pubic hair removal

At times, your doctor may suggest that bikini laser hair removal is not the best option for pubic hair removal. In such conditions there are other options available like Brazilian bikini waxing that lasts for a long time but is rather painful.

Electrolysis offers permanent hair removal but is time consuming and is not that advised to use in removing hair in the tender bikini region. Considering these factors, it could be said that the safest and most efficient means of removing pubic hair is bikini laser hair removal, done by a clinical professional.

Has anyone had experience with tattoo removal using a Quazar LD60K Diode Laser?

I have a friend with extensive tattoos and is desparate to have them removed (long story). She cannot afford the thousands of dollars it would cost to have it done, so we’ve looked into buying the equipment. I’ve found a Quazar LD60K laser advertised as for tattoo (& hair) removal that is barely within my price range, but it’s a huge amount of money. Has anyone had any experience with one of these things that could let me know if they really work? Thanks!

As someone going through tattoo removal, let me give you some advice. DO NOT do it yourself, or buy a machine and attmept to have someone do it for you. When I get mine done, there are NUMEROUS machines running at once. There is the lazer, the coolant machine, seriously… you can burn yourself/her SO BADLY!!! I have gone twice, and you wouldn’t know if I didn’t tell you. You have to wait AT LEAST 4 weeks between treatments, and the longer you wait the better it works. you need to give the ink time to be absorbed into your body once it has been broken up by the laser.
